Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of international shipping and limited product availability, we do not accept returns for unwanted items (e.g. change of mind).
If you require a different size, we may offer an exchange, subject to product availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received them
- in their original packaging
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or incorrect, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
How to Arrange a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at shop@ogs.gg with your order number and reason for your request.
Our team will respond within 2 working days with instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not send items back without prior confirmation, as unidentified returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- refunds will be processed within a few working days
- the amount will be credited to your original payment method
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- please first check your bank or PayPal account
- then contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- gift cards
- downloadable software products
- health and personal care items
- items not in their original condition
Duties, Taxes & International Orders
For international orders, additional duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note:
- duties and taxes are non-refundable
- shipping costs are non-refundable
Retail Partner Purchases
Products purchased through physical retail partners or point-of-sale locations are subject to the return and exchange policies of the respective partner.
