1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and sale of products through the website https://sea.ogs.gg/ (the “Site”), operated by OG Esports A/S (“OG Esports”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after confirmation has been sent.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include shipping fees, import duties, taxes, or customs charges unless explicitly stated. These will be added at checkout or charged separately by local authorities.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other available methods. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • your payment information is accurate
  • you are authorized to use the payment method
  • you will pay all applicable charges

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

  • Macao SAR China
  • Hong Kong SAR China
  • Thailand
  • Singapore
  • Japan
  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Vietnam

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures.

5. Duties, Taxes, and Customs

All prices displayed on the Site do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless explicitly stated.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. OG Esports has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or incorrect shipping information, any associated costs may be deducted from the refund.

6. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • the product is unused and in its original condition
  • proof of purchase is provided

To initiate a return, you must contact us at shop@ogs.gg to obtain a Return Authorization.

Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

Personalized items and final sale items are non-returnable.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except where required by law or provided by the manufacturer.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OG Esports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or supply disruptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or other applicable legal mechanisms.

This clause does not limit any rights you may have under local consumer protection laws.

13. Use of Products

You confirm that products purchased are for personal use only and not for resale.
